Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, preferably spirali
  • ½ bag(s) of dates, dried
  • ½ bag(s) of dried fig(s)
  • ½ bag(s) apricot(s), dried
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • cumin
  • turmeric
  • curry powder
  • Salt
  • 1 jar mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

Cook the pasta. Cut the dried fruit into small cubes and finely chop the spring onions. Mix everything with the mayonnaise and season with spices. Let it sit for 3-4 hours.
