  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Wash, peel, and finely grate the carrots. Peel and finely grate the apple. For the dressing, combine the orange juice with a tablespoon of oil, pour over the raw vegetable salad, and mix.
