Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 kg white asparagus
- 3 cloves garlic
- olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel the asparagus. Halve the stalks and cut into approximately 5 cm long pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté the asparagus pieces with the diced garlic over medium heat. Continue sautéing for about 10 minutes until the asparagus is lightly caramelized. Season with salt and serve immediately. Tip: If you like, you can also use white or green asparagus for this dish.
