Quick low-carb bread for the Airfryer

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g herb curd
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 80 g almonds, ground
  • 40 g psyllium husks
  • 40 g flaxseed
  • 40 g sunflower seeds
  • 40 g chia seeds
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 17 g coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp fried onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Combine the quark, eggs, and vinegar. Mix the remaining dry ingredients and fold into the quark mixture. Knead everything thoroughly and form a loaf. Score with a knife. Preheat the air fryer to 170°C. Place the loaf in the basket or on the grill plate. Bake for 35 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
