Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g low-fat curd cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 100 g almond flour
- 60 g flaxseed flour
- 45 g psyllium husks
- 25 g quinoa
- 40 g seeds, mixed (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc.)
- 30 g oat bran
- 3 g salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Combine all ingredients and let stand for 20 minutes. Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 60 minutes. Remove from the pan after baking and let cool.
