Rosemary – Garlic – Marinade

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 100 ml oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Pepper, a few crushed grains

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for 750 g lamb or beef

Wash the rosemary and pat dry, stripping the needles from the sprigs. Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Place all ingredients in a mortar and pestle and grind. Place the grilled meat in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Turn over once after half an hour.
