Homemade peanut butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g peanuts, roasted, skinned, unsalted
  • Oil (peanut oil or sunflower oil)
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend the nuts with salt using a hand blender. Add just enough oil to create a creamy mixture. If you’re using salted peanuts, simply omit the salt!
