Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 80 g cocoa powder
- 400 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 400 ml water
- 200 ml vegetable oil
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 4 bananas
- 2 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Combine the flour, cocoa, sugar, and salt. Mix in the baking powder and vanilla sugar. Combine the oil and water in a bowl. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over a double boiler and peel the bananas, then slice them. Once the chocolate has melted, add the oil and water to the flour mixture, stirring constantly. Repeat the process with the melted chocolate. Then add the bananas. Once everything is smooth, pour into a shallow square dish and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 40 minutes.
