Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • ½ stalk(s) leek
  • 6 dates
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Dip or spread

Finely chop the dates and leeks. Mix the dates with the sour cream until they no longer stick together, then add the leeks and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. The cream can also be prepared a day in advance and will keep in the refrigerator for at least 6 months.
