Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 3 avocados
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- some lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Puree the avocado flesh with the lemon juice. Mash the feta cheese with a fork and mix it with the crème fraîche and the crushed garlic cloves. Then puree everything together and season with salt and pepper. Be careful with the salt, as the feta cheese is already salted. I like to let the cream sit in the fridge for a day.
