Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 1 cup sour cream, or crème fraîche
  • n. B. Walnuts, very finely chopped
  • 1 lime(s), the juice
  • Chili, very finely chopped, optional
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Perfect for grilling or with tortilla chips

Scrape the flesh from the avocados and mix it with the sour cream. Add the finely chopped walnuts and the juice of the lime. If you like, you can also add the juice of a second lime. Mix everything together and season with salt and sugar. If you like it a little spicy, you can add some finely chopped chili before serving. Don’t let it simmer for too long, or the heat will be too intense. This fruity, creamy dip goes wonderfully with barbecue or tortilla chips.
