Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 egg whites
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 bananas
- 2 tbsp, heaped protein powder
- 4 tbsp, heaped low-fat curd cheese
- 2 tbsp, heaped oat flakes
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 handful of frozen berries, as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients, except the berries, in a blender. Sauté and mix like scrambled eggs. Just before the desired consistency is reached, add the frozen berries. Per serving: 370 kcal
