Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- 400 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 lemon(s)
- 2 pinches of sugar
- 10 radishes
- 3 shallots
- 1 bunch of chives
- ½ bunch parsley
- salt and pepper

Finely chop the chives and parsley. Dice the radishes and shallots very finely. Combine all dairy products with the juice of half a lemon and the sugar in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Add all chopped and sliced ingredients and mix gently again. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and, if desired, the juice of the remaining lemon.
