  • 400 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 2 pinches of sugar
  • 10 radishes
  • 3 shallots
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • salt and pepper
