- 300 g blue cheese (Roquefort)
- 200 g cream cheese
- Date(s), fresh
- Salt and pepper, white
- Pistachios
Instructions

Mash the Roquefort with a fork and mix with the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Slice the dates lengthwise and remove the stones. Transfer the cheese mixture to a piping bag and pipe it into the dates. Garnish with pistachios.
