Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 6 figs, fresh
- 150 g blue cheese (Roquefort)
- 3 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp sherry, fino
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
goes well with the buffet at parties, very tasty
Wash and dry the figs, then halve them. Mix the Roquefort with the cream and sherry, and season with pepper. Transfer the cream to a piping bag and pipe it onto the cut sides of the figs.
