Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • e.g. coriander, fresh
  • e.g. basil (Thai basil), fresh
  • 60 g sea salt

Instructions

good for Asian-inspired dishes

Chop the herbs very finely. You should get about 1 tablespoon of chopped herbs, with 3/4 of the coriander and 1/4 of the Thai basil. Place the finely chopped herbs in a mortar, add the salt, and mix well with a pestle. Then spread them out on a large plate and let them dry. If you have small amounts of these herbs left over, you can preserve them with salt.
