Herb paste for seasoning

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of herbs, such as wild garlic
  • 100 ml oil
  • 1 tsp, leveled sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wild garlic, basil, parsley

Weigh the washed and coarsely chopped herbs, add 100 ml of oil and 1 level teaspoon of salt per 100 g of herbs to a tall container, and blend with a hand blender. The herb oil and herb paste will keep in the refrigerator for at least 3 months. It’s perfect for seasoning and garnishing salads and soups.
