Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g minced turkey
  • 1 small bell pepper(s), yellow
  • ½ zucchini
  • 100 g cream cheese, lactose-free
  • pepper
  • curry
  • Thyme
  • 1 shot of milk, lactose-free
  • 100 g feta cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

lactose-free, low-fructose, low-histamine, low-carb

Brown the ground beef and season with pepper. Add the chopped bell peppers and zucchini. Add cream cheese and milk to the desired consistency. Season to taste and sprinkle with feta cheese. Can be varied with other vegetables. Great for using up leftovers.
