Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the sweet potatoes into many strips. Finely chop the chili pepper, mince the garlic, and mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate the potato wedges in the mixture for 10 minutes, then cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
