Sweet potatoes with peanut butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp, leveled peanut butter
  • 1 sweet potato(s) (organic)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • possibly cinnamon
  • possibly salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick and easy from the oven

Wash the sweet potato, dry it, and cut it in half. Brush each of the halves with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt. Wrap each half in aluminum foil. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes, carefully remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and spread each with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes. Check the potatoes to see if they’re cooked through, unwrap them, and enjoy once cooled. Perfect with cinnamon on top of the peanut butter!
