Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, waxy
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

very tasty and simple

First, peel the potatoes and cut them into approximately 1 1/2 cm thick sticks. Then add the oil, mix, and spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then place them in an oven preheated to 220°C and bake for 15-25 minutes. When they’re done, season with salt.
