Sesame sauce

I’m tired of people always ruining my favorite dish with all sorts of unnecessary extras, so I decided to rescue the recipe for the ultimate in delicious tahini. Combine sesame paste, water, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley in a tall container and blend with an immersion blender. Season with salt and crushed cumin. Chill and enjoy. Serve tahini as a sauce over finely chopped mixed greens of tomatoes, cucumbers, spring onions, fresh cilantro, parsley, and a little mint. Do not add any oil or yogurt!
