Scrambled eggs with sour cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 flatbread(s) or baguette
  • Margarine for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whisk the eggs thoroughly. Then add the sour cream, pepper, salt, and paprika and mix. Pour the egg mixture into the pan with melted margarine. Stir over low heat until the egg mixture is cooked (or however you prefer). Serve with flatbread or baguette.
