Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 125 g xylitol (sugar substitute)
- 3 eggs
- 200 g almond flour, defatted
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 100 ml almond milk (almond drink), alternatively milk
- 400 g cherry(s), pitted
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 20 minutes
Cream the butter until fluffy, add the Xucker, and continue stirring. Gradually add the eggs (one minute per egg) and stir into the butter mixture. Combine the baking powder with the almond flour and sift into the bowl. Finally, stir in the almond milk. Line the bottom of a springform pan with baking paper and pour in the batter. Spread the pitted cherries on top and press them in lightly. Bake on the middle rack at 180°C (fan oven) for 30 minutes.
