Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s) of your choice
  • 1 zucchini
  • 250 g mushrooms of your choice
  • 360 g turkey schnitzel or chicken schnitzel
  • 4 tsp oil
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp black pepper

WW-suitable, tasty, simple grilled dish

You’ll also need 9 shish kebab skewers. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thick slices. Wash the zucchini, halve them, and cut them into thick pieces. Wash the bell peppers, cut them into pieces, and cut them into large pieces. Cut the poultry into suitable pieces. Place the vegetables and meat in separate, sealable bowls. Add about two-thirds of the spices, oil, and soy sauce to the meat, and the other third to the vegetables. Shake the meat well, mix the vegetables, and let everything simmer briefly.
