Grilled chicken skewers

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 chicken breast fillets, cut into 2 – 3 cm pieces
  • 400 g broccoli florets
  • 2 bell peppers, cleaned and cut into pieces
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, dark
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • some ginger, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Barbecue season

Boil the broccoli and bell peppers in salted water in separate pots for about 5 minutes. Drain the bell peppers. Drain the broccoli and pour ice-cold water over them. Alternate the chicken, broccoli, and bell pepper pieces on skewers. Mix the marinade ingredients and coat the skewers with the marinade. Place in a grill tray (or on aluminum foil) and grill on the hot grill for about 13-15 minutes, turning frequently.
