Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g pork neck in one piece
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Paprika powder, medium hot
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 35 minutes

Russian style

First, cut the pork neck into 1 1/2 finger-thick slices, then cut the slices into 2 finger-width cubes. Now place the meat in a Tupperware container or bowl with a sealable lid and squeeze the 4 garlic cloves over it. Peel and slice the onions, and add them. Finally, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, close the lid, and refrigerate overnight. Thread the marinated meat onto long skewers, making sure no onions or garlic remain on the meat, as they will burn on the grill.
