Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 3 chili peppers
- 2 tbsp rosemary, dried or 1 small sprig fresh
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp ground pepper
- 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
(not only for steaks), enough for 500 g of meat
Mix all ingredients together and massage well into the meat. Let it sit for about 30 minutes. Perfect for grilling, but can also be fried.
