Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g sour cream, 10% fat
- 50 g chili sauce, sweet
- e.g. cayenne pepper
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some salt
Instructions

for grilling or fondue
Combine the sour cream and sweet chili sauce in a bowl. Peel and finely chop the garlic, and add it as well. Stir everything together and season with salt. If it’s not spicy enough, you can add a little cayenne pepper. Let it sit in the refrigerator for another three hours.
