Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 320 g buckwheat , = 2 cups
- 640 g water = 4 cups
- 1 tsp cumin, = 3 g
- 1 onion(s), approx. 150 g
- 150 g buckwheat, ground, for binding
- 20 peppercorns, ground
- 2 tsp herbal salt
- 1 pinch(s) of raw cane sugar
- 170 g Gorgonzola

Boil 2 cups of buckwheat grains in 4 cups of water. Chop the Gorgonzola, coarsely grate the apple, grind the cumin seeds in a mortar, finely chop the onion, grind 150 g of buckwheat grains with peppercorns (to thicken), as well as salt and sugar. Mix everything together. With wet hands, form patties, and fry slowly on both sides in hot frying fat over reduced heat. My own recipe.
