Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ¾ cup ground almonds
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, yeast-free
  • ¼ cup oatmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • Herbs of your choice, chopped
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a smooth dough forms. Heat the oil in a pan, form flat patties, and fry them in the oil. The patties must be lightly browned before carefully turning them, otherwise they may fall apart.
