Place the porcini mushrooms in a bottle. Peel and quarter the garlic clove and add it to the bottle. Pour in the oil and seal the bottle. Let the oil steep for 2-3 weeks, then strain it through a sieve and bottle it. The shelf life is 1-2 years.
