Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 20 g oat flakes, whole grain
- 90 ml water
- 100 g puree (fruit puree) or direct juice, without added sugar
- 5 ml rapeseed oil, warm-pressed
Instructions
Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
without sugar from 7-9 months, as an afternoon snack
Boil the whole-grain oat flakes with the water. Then add the fruit puree or juice. Finally, stir in the vegetable oil.
