Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 g oat flakes, whole grain
  • 90 ml water
  • 100 g puree (fruit puree) or direct juice, without added sugar
  • 5 ml rapeseed oil, warm-pressed

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Boil the whole-grain oat flakes with the water. Then add the fruit puree or juice. Finally, stir in the vegetable oil.
