Semolina porridge with fried banana

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 120 g semolina (soft wheat semolina)
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Cinnamon

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Thermomix TM31

To make the semolina porridge, insert the whisk attachment into the Thermomix. Then add the milk, sugar, semolina, and a pinch of salt to the mixing bowl and cook for 12 minutes at 90°C/speed 2. In the meantime, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped bananas. Once the bananas have browned and become soft, sweeten with honey. Serve the finished semolina porridge with the fried bananas on plates. If you like, add a pinch of cinnamon. You can of course also cook the semolina porridge the traditional way on the stovetop; follow the preparation instructions on the packaging.
