Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 160 g couscous
- 4 tbsp, heaped sugar
- 1 packet of Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 500 ml whole milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 40 g butter

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the couscous, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil briefly. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the butter. The couscous can be enjoyed warm or cold. The vanilla couscous can also be cooked without sugar and pureed to serve as baby food. Approx. 250 kcal per serving.
