Millet breakfast with fruits and nuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g millet
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of vanilla pulp, or vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of orange peel or grated lemon peel
  • 150 g raspberries, or 50 g dried apricots
  • 150 g blueberries, or 50 g prunes
  • 50 g nuts, of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

also as a dessert

Cook the well-washed millet with 400 ml of water and a pinch of salt over low heat for 30 minutes. Then stir in the remaining ingredients. Serve warm immediately or let it cool first. Alternatively, you can also stir in soy yogurt or natural yogurt.
