Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g butter, room temperature
  • 1 small banana(s), ripe
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 100 g corn flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cream the butter until fluffy. Break the banana into small pieces, add it, and mix until it has dissolved in the butter. Chop the raisins and briefly pour hot water over them, then discard the liquid. Add the cinnamon, raisins, and flour to the butter and mix briefly. Form the dough into small balls and flatten them to about the size of a two-euro coin. This dough is enough for about one baking sheet. Bake at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes. This recipe can also be wonderfully adapted with other dried fruits or spices.
