Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 2 tbsp spelt flour
- 2 tbsp oat flakes, fine
- 1 banana(s)
- 2 bulb(s)
- 150 ml water

Puree the pears with the water and mash the banana with a fork. Combine both flours and the oats in a bowl. Add the pureed pears and mashed banana. Mix everything well. Drop the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper using a tablespoon and form small, manageable cookies. You can also pipe the batter into a piping bag and pipe small, manageable cookies onto the baking sheet (it’s a bit easier than using a tablespoon). Bake the cookies on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) for about 25 minutes. Note: The time may vary depending on the oven.
