Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g mushrooms
- 3 sprigs of parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- Oil for frying
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Clean/peel the mushrooms, garlic, and parsley and roughly chop. Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with oil. Add the garlic and parsley. Sauté for a while and then remove the pan from the heat. Season with salt and pepper. These fried garlic mushrooms taste best warm, but they also make a delicious cold snack! This recipe is just one of a series of suggestions for mushroom variations.
