Garlic mushrooms

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 3 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Oil for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean/peel the mushrooms, garlic, and parsley and roughly chop. Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with oil. Add the garlic and parsley. Sauté for a while and then remove the pan from the heat. Season with salt and pepper. These fried garlic mushrooms taste best warm, but they also make a delicious cold snack! This recipe is just one of a series of suggestions for mushroom variations. If you prefer a different preparation method or want to use different mushrooms, you can also try this recipe with “baked” or this one with “gratinated” mushrooms. The preparation of all three variations can be seen in a single recipe video!
