Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 7 m.-sized eggs
- 1 baking powder
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g almonds, ground
- 100 g flaxseed meal
- 40 g wheat bran
- 70 g protein powder (vanilla protein powder)
- 50 g chia seeds
- 40 g psyllium husks, ground
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 large carrots, grated
- Sesame, roasted
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit). Combine the low-fat quark, eggs, and baking powder in a large bowl and mix thoroughly with a mixer. Add the remaining ingredients, except the sesame seeds, and mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a rectangular baking dish. Butter the dish beforehand or line it with baking paper. Smooth the mixture into the dish with the back of a large spoon, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and press the sesame seeds in gently. Bake for about 90 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit), without fan.
