- 50 g oat flakes
- 200 ml almond milk
- some cinnamon powder
- e.g. maple syrup
- 2 handfuls of berries
- 1 handful of nuts

Chop a banana and mash it in a bowl with a fork until it forms a smooth paste. Add the oats, almond milk, and a small splash of maple syrup, if desired. Microwave the mixture until smooth. Mix thoroughly and sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish with berries and nuts, if desired. Approx. 450 kcal per serving.
