Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg fennel
- 50 g butter
- 40 g Parmesan
- 1 pinch of salt

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Carefully cook the trimmed fennel in boiling salted water until tender. Then quarter the fennel lengthwise and place it in a greased ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven to 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Serve warm. 175 kcal per serving.
