Baked cauliflower

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 150 ml cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

as a main course or side dish

Divide the cauliflower into florets, trim, and cook in boiling salted water until al dente. Then place it in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Combine the cream and milk, season with spices, and pour over the cauliflower. Bake at 160-180°C for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese melts and is lightly browned.
