Whole-grain spelt sticks for babies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 apples
  • 60 g butter or oil
  • 200 g wholemeal spelt flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

The quantities are approximate and depend on the moisture content of the vegetables and fruit. Finely grate the carrots and apples and knead them with the fat and flour. Then, form them into logs by hand. If the dough is still too runny or sticky, knead in a little more flour. Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Other fruits can also be used.
