Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g hand cheese
  • 200 g apple, peeled
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Crumble the cheese. Chop the apple. Finely chop the spring onions. Add the sour cream, apple cider vinegar, and oil and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper. Press into small bowls and refrigerate for 3 hours. Turn out onto plates.
