Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 nectarine(s)
- 6 mini mozzarella
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp fig vinegar
- n. B. Salt and pepper, black, from the mill
- e.g. chili flakes
- 6 m.-large basil leaves
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the oil, vinegar, and spices together to make a marinade. Slice the basil leaves into strips and mix in. Halve the nectarine and remove the pit. Divide the fruit into eighths, cut these into small pieces, and add to the marinade. Halve the mini mozzarella and mix with the fruit into the marinade. Arrange on a plate, garnish, and serve.
