Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cheese substitute (vegan mozzarella)
- 1 avocado(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- n. B. Crema di Balsamic vinegar
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp basil, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the tomatoes and slice them thinly. Slice the mozzarella substitute, wash the basil leaves, and tear them into small pieces. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh from the skin with a tablespoon, and slice it as well. Arrange everything on a deep plate or serving platter and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
