Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 2 small watermelons
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 2 mint leaves, chopped
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar Bianco
- 1 tbsp honey

Cut the watermelons into bite-sized pieces and then place them in a bowl with honey. Finely chop the feta cheese and add it to the melons. Slice the onions into rings and add them.
