Watermelon, feta, and mint salad

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 small watermelons
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 2 mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar Bianco
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the watermelons into bite-sized pieces and then place them in a bowl with honey. Finely chop the feta cheese and add it to the melons. Slice the onions into rings and add them. Season with balsamic vinegar and finally add the mint. Vivien prepared this recipe as an appetizer on the show “The Perfect Dinner” – Day 4 from Bayreuth on Thursday, December 3, 2020.
