Strawberry smoothie with almonds

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 200 g strawberries, frozen or fresh
  • 3 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • 100 g almonds
  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

perfect for breakfast, vegetarian

Peel the banana. Wash and stem the fresh strawberries. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. Stir occasionally if necessary. Divide between two glasses and enjoy. Adjust the amount of milk and honey to taste. Approx. 517 kcal per serving.
